The entry fee is $50 per team for up to three categories (chicken, ribs and brisket). Entries will be judged on appearance, texture, taste and judges overall appeal/presentation. Prizes include 1st Place in each category, Crowd Favorite and Overall Winner. Teams must provide their own meat.
