Be the "King of the Pirates" at the Pirate Bar-B-Que Cook-Off on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at Moran's Marina in Fourchon.
The entry fee is $50 per team. Fee is the same if you participate in one category or all three.
Entries will judged on Appearance, texture, taste and judges overall appeal/presentation. Categories include chicken (2 whole chickens), ribs (2 racks of baby back ribs), and brisket (1 brisket). Prizes include 1st Place in each category, Crowd Favorite and Overall Winner.
Tickets will be sold to sample dishes.
Preferable payment online or cash/money order. Entry form and all fees are due in the BTMF no later than Wednesday, August 2nd, 2017.
